Job Overview
Bellinis Ristorante is currently seeking qualified/experienced Servers for full and part-time work in our fine dining restaurant. Prior Fine Dining or Upscale Casual experience preferred. Must be available for a mix of both lunch and dinner shifts. Looking for someone who is highly motivated, trustworthy and energetic. You create your own salary by the volume of tips YOU earn through your service. Bellinis offers an hourly rate plus YOUR tips.
Responsibilities
Ability to upsell.
Follow the Steps of Service with each guest
Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members
Engage in teamwork
Follows all sanitation and safety policies
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Maintains a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately
Advises Management Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues
Skills
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with server assistants, cooks, and other staff.
Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
