Job Overview
Bellinis Ristorante is currently seeking qualified/experienced Bartenders for full and part-time work in our fine dining restaurant.
Prior Fine Dining or Upscale Casual experience preferred. Must be available for a mix of both lunch and dinner shifts.
Looking for someone who is highly motivated, trustworthy and energetic.
You create your own salary by the volume of tips YOU earn through your service. Bellinis offers an hourly rate plus YOUR tips.
Responsibilities
Knowledge and ability to demonstrate the art of mixology – it’s the combination of the “show” and the “drink” that brings guests back.
Ability to upsell.
Recognize and react to stages of intoxication and when a guest has reached their limit of your service
Follow the Steps of Service with each guest
Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members
Engage in teamwork
Follows all sanitation and safety policies
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Maintains a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately
Maintains valid eTIPS certification
Advises Management Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues
